Dogs Needing Homes: Chad and Other Rescue Sites
Chad along with another brother and 2 sisters were dumped in my front fenced yard at about 8-12 weeks of age. We gave him a birth date of 02-14-2011. All the other pups have happy homes. Chad however was brought back from his adoptive parents after the wife found out she was pregnant. They felt they would not have the adequate time to spend with him now that a baby was on the way. He was returned after about 3-4 month with them. He used to love playing with their neighborhood kids, The kids would love to take him for walks in the neighborhood. He was taught to ring bells hanging on the door when he needs to go potty outside.
Chad is now about 8 mths, 45-50#, neutered male, kid friendly, happy dog, current on all shots. He knows how to sit, is crate training and potty trained. He is about a medium energy dog and will require some daily activities of walking and/or play time. He will need to continue his training regarding his doggie basics to be the best companion he can be in his new home. He is probably a mix between a cattle dog and border collie. He does have some slight herding instincts around my cats.
